Each Mignon Faget piece is designed on historic Magazine Street in New Orleans. Drawing from her fine arts training, Mignon Faget’s designs are anchored in natural and architectural concepts, which come to life in timeless sculptural forms. Faget’s approach to design involves deconstructing and then reconstructing observed forms, resulting in small sculptures that are a synthesis of concept, material, and function.

Highly skilled artisans use lost-wax casting along with the latest in computer aided processes such as 3-D printing to create 2,000 active jewelry designs. From initial sketches, models are created that become the basis for de molds used to produce finished designs. Pearl necklaces are strung and knotted, patina is applied to rings, and earrings are soldered and polished. Every piece of jewelry is entirely handmade emphasizing an unwavering attention to detail and quality
